My Background and Approach

Reaching out isn’t easy, and I’m really glad you’re here. You don’t have to keep carrying all of this alone. I help women who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and constantly “on” feel calmer and less stuck in the mental noise. Together, we’ll make sense of your anxiety and intrusive thoughts while building practical tools to quiet the mental noise and respond to yourself with more compassion. My goal is to help you feel in control, present, and confident in your day-to-day life.I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. I am trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. We will work together collaboratively to identify your needs and select the approach that is right for you. Therapy with me is supportive, non-judgmental, and rooted in identifying what matters to you most so we can ensure you take concrete, manageable steps to live your life in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling to you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a professional woman and mom myself, I understand how easy it is to put your own needs last, and how costly that can become over time. I founded Flatirons Psychotherapy, PLLC to provide therapy that truly fits the lives of professional women and mothers. I offer telehealth services to minimize disruption to your day, with early morning and limited evening and weekend availability to accommodate busy schedules. I believe therapy is not about adding another task to your to-do list, but about creating space to care for yourself so you can show up with greater clarity, presence, and intention in both your day-to-day life and your work. Therapy with me is a space for you to slow down and process your feelings and needs while we also work together to make meaningful progress towards your goals by identifying patterns, challenging habits, and implementing strategies that can address the root of your symptoms or experiences.
