My Background and Approach
I specialize in trauma, dissociation, and professional burnout using EMDR, AEDP, and experiential sandtray. These aren't modalities I've read about. They're the tools I use in session to help people move past surface-level management and into real, structural change. My approach is relationship-first and non-linear. I titrate the intensity of our work based on your nervous system in real time. Not a protocol, not a checklist. We go at a pace that protects your stability while still doing the actual deep work. Therapy with me is direct, warm, and precise. Humor is often the air in the room that makes the deep work sustainable. I maintain a limited caseload by design. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the most vital tool in the room is the authentic therapeutic relationship. In my practice, authenticity means providing a high-integrity, grounded presence where you don't have to perform or intellectualize to be understood. I value transparency and clinical honesty, moving away from the "blank slate" persona toward a collaborative, human-to-human connection. My approach is deeply influenced by an inside-out philosophy. I believe therapy should be a process of understanding the internal construction of our experiences, not just managing their surface. I am committed to creating a space that feels restorative and intentional, where quiet safety allows for the real heavy lifting of trauma resolution.
