My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist with extensive training in trauma therapy, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship work. With experience helping individuals and couples, I am dedicated to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space for healing. My training in EMDR and Gottman Method allows me to tailor my approach to each client's needs, helping them process trauma, build resilience, and strengthen their relationships. By combining evidence-based techniques with empathy and support, I help clients gain the tools and confidence to make lasting, positive changes in their lives. Whether you're navigating personal struggles or relationship challenges, my goal is to guide you toward greater emotional well-being and connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about supporting my community and believe in creating an inclusive, compassionate space for all individuals. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and actively share mental health tools on social media to promote well-being. As an ally of the Black Lives Matter movement and the LGBTQIA+ community, I stand for equality, justice, and respect for all. I believe in the power of therapy to create meaningful change, and I am committed to helping people feel seen, heard, and valued.
