About My Clients
Issues leaders and professionals face -including in their identity, relationships, and life transitions - are often caused by ill-serving patterns. One’s sense of who one should be gets tangled up in what one does, not who one is. The good news is these aren’t character flaws; they’re patterns, and we can change them together.
My Background and Approach
Clients come looking for a therapist who meets them where they are — someone who can help them recognize and work through challenging patterns while supporting them in reaching their full potential. Therapy should be a safe space to grow into the person you want to be. My sessions are supportive, engaging, and insightful, designed to help you grow at home and at work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Asking for help can feel like failure, especially when your identity is built on success and having it together. But strength isn't having all the answers or using avoidance tactics; it's facing what isn't working and doing something about it. Therapy can help you to understand why you shut down, communicate better, and build an identity beyond achievement.
