About My Clients
My clients are deep thinkers, cycle breakers, and sensitive souls who often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out. They might be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, people-pleasing, or big life shifts. Some want coping skills, others want deep healing—or both. I work with teens (10+) and adults across Illinois, offering flexible, person-centered virtual therapy that meets them where they are.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with experience in community mental health and private practice. I draw from EMDR, mindfulness, somatic tools, and parts work to help clients connect more deeply with themselves and heal at their own pace. My approach is warm, flexible, and person-centered. I’ll meet you where you are and adapt our work to fit your needs—whether that means learning new coping tools, processing trauma, exploring stuck patterns, or building self-trust. I work with teens and adults across Illinois who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, executive dysfunction, people-pleasing, and major life transitions. You don’t have to do this alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a queer-affirming therapist who believes every person has the capacity for growth and healing, no matter where they're starting from. I’m four years sober and know firsthand how meaningful, messy, and nonlinear personal change can be. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe showing up exactly as they are—no pressure, no pretending. I value authenticity, humor, boundaries, and compassion, and I welcome conversations about identity, systemic harm, neurodivergence, or anything else that shapes your experience. I’m affirming of LGBTQIA+ folks, those in recovery (in any form), and people navigating spiritual or existential questions. I’m also a proud cat person and believe animals are some of the world’s best co-regulators. If you're looking for someone real, warm, and open-minded, you're in the right place.
