About My Clients
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and couples. I work with my clients to treat depression, anxiety and trauma. I also work with clients to process issues related to divorce, parenting, relationship concerns, life changes and the challenges that come with having a family member in the military or law enforcement.
My Background and Approach
My experience treating PTSD includes working in a partial hospitalization program and being certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I believe that it is important that my clients feel I am a good fit for them both in my treatment approach and in personality, that is why I offer a free 20-minute consultation before starting therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone’s mental health journey looks and feels different. Like you, I’ve had my own journey. This means you can trust me when I say that I know it is hard. I know that it can be scary and I know that you need to feel safe in this process. I am here to walk next to you, to cheer you on and sometimes to help pick you up when you fall. I enjoy working with couples, adults and adolescents. I have experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.
