Feeling run down from life's bullshit? Feeling caught in unhealthy relationships? Never worked through your trauma? It can be hard to break those cycles. Change is hard and it can be difficult to be vulnerable. I like to foster a safe space for folks and helping them release those burdens and empower themselves.
My Background and Approach
Everyone needs someone to talk to. Even if your parents, friends, etc., are good outlets for you to talk to, they might not want to be your therapist. I have the degree and training to help, but my main focus is to form a strong relationship with you and be a constant for you to connect with on a regular basis. The best part of my job is getting to connect with awesome people and help you achieve real and positive change.
