My Background and Approach
I am passionate and hopeful that change and healing are possible. I provide therapy using a systemic lens to families, couples, parents, adolescents and teens. I am trained in marriage and family therapy, and have experience working with couples, teens, and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and relational distress. Life can be a struggle at times and we are not created to struggle alone. I am here to walk this journey of healing and change with you. I offer a space where you can feel safe and be heard when doing the hard work of healing and growing.
