About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients on issues around Anxiety, Relationships, Co-dependency, 12 step work, mild addiction, Life transitions, Shame, Boundaries, Mindfulness, Stress reduction, etc. I enjoy helping people filter through the pain of life, so they can emerge as the best versions of themselves. Life is often not smooth sailing, but that doesn't necessarily mean you are doing anything wrong. Reaching out for support is a brave step as you invest in yourself and your future happiness.
My Background and Approach
I've been doing this work for over a decade and have worked with all ages, and from all walks of life. I currently focus on helping individuals piece through stuck-ness, or any feelings that are holding them back. I use IFS (Internal Family Systems) approach, to help identify and heal the parts of us that are trying to communicate their unmet needs to us. This work is not guaranteed to be easy, but it is useful, and you definitely get out of it what you put into it. I also use a combination of some CBT, self-esteem building, spiritual, and Jungian approaches in my work with clients.
