About My Clients

My Background and Approach
Maybe you feel stuck in diet culture, maybe you feel complete hatred toward your body, or maybe you feel like you have lost yourself. Wherever you are at is exactly where I will meet you. I specialize in treating eating disorders, disordered eating habits, poor body image, and low self-esteem. With these issues often comes symptoms of anxiety and depression, and often times a history of trauma to be worked through. Healing from these complex issues begins with courage, vulnerability, and willingness. My number one goal as a therapist is to create a therapeutic space and relationship that reflects both safety and trust. My office is a space where you can be authentic and raw, showing the imperfect and the messy. That is, after all, how we heal.
