About My Clients
So many of us move through the world carrying invisible burdens—unspoken fears, old wounds, protective patterns that once kept us safe but now leave us feeling heavy, guarded, or disconnected. When we've lived through experiences that overwhelmed our systems, it can be hard to access the calm, clarity, and connection we long for. You may not feel fully yourself. You might find it difficult to relax into your relationships or feel joy without fear creeping in.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with sensitive, creative individuals who have experienced trauma and are ready to go beyond traditional talk therapy. My clients come to me when they want something deeper—something that addresses the body, the nervous system, and the unconscious parts of themselves that are often left out of healing work. In our sessions, I weave together Somatic Therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you build a strong foundation of safety, regulate your nervous system, and explore the inner parts and emotional patterns that keep you stuck. This integrative approach creates the conditions for true transformation. I also have training in neurodiversity-affirming care, couples therapy, sexual issues, attachment theory, ROCD, and more.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I grew up in the Midwest, spent 20 years in NYC, and now live in Los Angeles. I’m a therapist who loves travel, creativity, music, and dance—all things that connect us and support healing. I value depth, authenticity, and helping people feel more like themselves. My approach blends somatic, relational, and expressive tools to support healing from anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt. I believe change happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
