About My Clients

Our inner self-talk can be a bully, and I don't want you to have to suffer through it anymore. In my work with individuals we explore why these behaviors are occurring, how we can change them, and then how to maintain our new behaviors.
My Background and Approach
I view each person I work with as a fellow traveler on the path of discovering what can we put in place to create the life they strive for. If you decide to work with me, you will definitely hear more of my cliche sayings! In my approach to therapy, I create a warm and safe space to work through what is no longer serving you. My goal in treatment is to provide you with the tools and confidence to cope with life's challenges, but to also better understand your patterns and behaviors. For the past several years, my work has been focused on helping people create the lives they hope for. I utilize several different models of therapy to ensure you are receiving the best care to treat your unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the right to lead a life that is align with their goals and values. With the readiness and willingness to do the work, I believe anyone can make the changes they strive for. With my passion for breaking the stigma around mental health treatment and to providing accessibility, I accept many different health insurance plans.
