About My Clients
If you "think about your feelings" a lot, but have trouble "feeling your feelings" ? Did you develop some not so helpful coping skills to keep yourself safe, but now they no longer serve you? - If so - we might be a great match! My approach is rooted in attachment and developmental theories, and that informs my work with individuals around their families of origin. I am under the supervision of Edward Lomash LCPC, and specialize in Trauma treatment, and LGBT affirming care.
My Background and Approach
I'm a graduate of Johns Hopkins School of Education, where I earned my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since then, I have earned by additional credentials as a Certified Trauma Treatment Professional (CTTP), as well as work in life skills and relationship building strategies in older adolescents and adults. I have openings within the next 30 days, and would like to get to know how I could best support you in our future work together.
