My ideal client is someone who is actively looking for tools and techniques to address stressors that are impacting their daily lives. The ideal client is collaborative, accountable, motivated, and has insight on what could help improve their overall functioning and happiness.
My Background and Approach
I am a trauma-focused, psychodynamic therapist who brings a culturally inclusive lens to my practice. Central to her practice is a focus on collaboration, compassion, and cultural humility. I believe that the mind, body, and spirit work together, and all aspects should be explored to promote overall wellness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that that capacity for healing is vast, and that asking for support can change the trajectory of our lives. Therapy was instrumental in changing my own thoughts and feelings about my life, relationships and overall well-being. Asking for support and leaning into my own healing has transformed me internally and externally. My hope is that our work together can bring ease, hope, and empowerment.
