About My Clients

I work with children, teenagers, young adults, and mid-adults. I have a wide array of experience, including eating disorders, personality disorders, and psychosis. My ideal client is someone who is curious about themself, who is ready to explore themself and their inner world. They struggle with deep wounds and are ready to face them with honesty and sarcasm. They’re seeking accompaniment on their journey to understanding and healing, and guidance through patterns that no longer serve them.

My Background and Approach

My approach centers on seeing the whole person - not just their traumas or diagnoses or history, but who they are and who they want to be. I focus on creating unique strategies based on a wide array of experience to help each person heal and grow. Together, we can help you move through the challenges you’re facing and find peace on the other side. Every body’s life is unique and I can empathize with what you’re going through. Everyone deserves to be safe and seen - You are not alone. I look forward to helping create that safe, seen space with you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community and an active ally of the Ethical Non-Monogamy community. I have volunteered with suicide prevention & crisis support and have assisted with animal abuse, neglect, and abandonment. I believe that everyone has the right to be safe, and should feel supported in achieving that.
