About My Clients
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings including schools, outpatient mental health clinics, and the community. I value the therapeutic relationship and will do whatever I can to assist myclients in feeling welcome, safe, respected, and free of judgment. I am open to working with individuals of all ages, religions, races, sexual orientations, and genders.
My Background and Approach
I use a holistic approach when working with clients and utilizes tools from various orientations including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. My main goal is to help my clients manage life’s challenges, grow, and develop insight in order to help them create the life and the relationships they desire.
