About My Clients
Clients I work with come from all walks of life. I find that I attract mostly those looking to become more self-aware, eager to break cycles of generational trauma and unhealthy coping, and working towards becoming more growth oriented. Clients I do best with will be open to processing both in and out of sessions, taking action to support their growth, and willing to explore family dynamics and unhealthy personal narratives.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in both EMDR and Gottman Method couples therapy. I'm a yogi and outdoor enthusiast, so I tend to lean toward more mindful-based and holistic approaches to healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the symptoms we have are manifestations of past traumas and learned experiences. When we're far away from ourselves, our mind and body will give us signals to turn inward again. I believe anyone can heal. I believe we all have the ability to take our power back and create the life we dream about, when we're ready.
