My Background and Approach

I hold both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Liberty University, which have centered around behavioral sciences, psychology, and clinical mental health counseling. Therapy is a complex process that has the possibility to create solutions and transformations to life. I am open to a large range of diagnoses, life circumstances, and treatment modalities. My environment is all-inclusive and welcoming to everyone. Therapy is the opportunity to decide what concerns you want to bring into the session. the person-centered counseling process is a space to let you be the primary guide of your mental health. Each person is different, and the healing process looks different for everyone. Healing can be possible by empowering, optimizing, and creating enlightenment for individuals.
