My clients may be seeking guidance and support for many types of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, career transition, parenting, grief and loss, plus many other challenges they may be experiencing. I work with adolescents and adults.
My Background and Approach
I am an ally to all and seek to provide a casual, comfortable space for you to process your life obstacles. I believe you already have the solutions you need, and I will partner with you to help you find them. I will use a client-centered, holistic approach to therapy based on your therapy goals, primarily using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques. I accept checks or credit card payments only.
