About My Clients
Many of my clients experience trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or neurodiversity-related challenges, often alongside chronic stress and relationship difficulties. Therapy focuses on nervous system regulation, practical tools, and compassionate support to help clients build self-trust, healthier patterns, and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I commonly work with clients experiencing PTSD and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the long-term effects of childhood and relational trauma. Many of my clients struggle with nervous system dysregulation, chronic stress, and relationship difficulties rooted in early life experiences. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma rooted in childhood experiences, parental relationships, and attachment wounds, as well as anxiety, ADHD/neurodiversity, and relational challenges. I support clients in rebuilding self-trust, regulating their nervous systems, and creating healthier patterns for themselves and future generations through trauma-informed, practical, and compassionate care. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in nervous system regulation. I believe healing happens through honest conversation, skill-building, and a strong therapeutic relationship where clients can move from survival into intentional, lasting change.
