My approach to mental wellness is strongly grounded in a holistic & culturally-sensitive perspective. Not one treatment approach fits everyone and every situation. I will spend the time in our first session exploring your needs and discussing together a treatment plan that would work best for you. We are all unique and so your treatment plan should be personalized to fit accordingly.
