With over 8 years of dedicated work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, my approach centers around personal growth and depth-oriented therapy. I offer a tender-hearted, human-first approach, creating a safe and empathetic retreat for clients as they navigate life’s most formidable challenges.

As a queer therapist, I bring a culturally responsible, holistic approach to therapy. I blend my experience and intuition, doing my part to provide inclusive, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. In our sessions, I will gently guide you into deeper self-exploration, relationship dynamics, identity work, and parts work, supporting your personal and relational growth.
