About My Clients
Healing is a dynamic and reachable experience, that with help, everyone can find. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+, teens, adults, and people with disabilities. I take a person-centered, strength-based approach to therapy. In addition, I have a strong background in behavior modification. I also have a passion for helping people work through anxiety, stress, and fears by using a mindfulness cognitive behavior approach.

About me: I have a BA of Communicative Disorders from San Diego State University. I have two teaching credentials, multiple subject and moderate to severe education specialist. I have a Master of Psychology and am working on a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. I have a Doctor of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I am a Board Certified Behavior Specialist
