About Me Hello! My name is Mo. As an experienced psychotherapist, it is my honor to guide you in exploring your core issues and moving toward a healthy, fulfilling life. I offer Couples and Individual therapy sessions.
My Background and Approach
I have licenses in OH, KY, and UT. I specialize in art therapy and trauma-informed care. I have an eclectic approach to therapy. And, my intent is to provide unique therapeutic services that will help individuals untangle their thoughts and begin healing from within.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am trained in hypnotherapy and prolonged exposure therapy (PET). I am a member of the Star Behavioral Health registry and a Veteran Ready Health Provider, serving military members and their families. I use a holistic approach - focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I am not a Van Gogh descendant but very much enjoy using art to help patients explore self-awareness, intuition, and self-expression.
