My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing means that hurt and heartache from our life experiences no longer control our emotions, behaviors and our life. Healing is a choice to take back our power. I believe all individuals have the capacity to heal. I'm a straight shooter and a deeply curious soul who helps my clients dive heart first into the patterns that keep them stuck. I am a therapist for people who don't like therapy and are highly motivated to get back to being in the driver seat of their emotions.
