About My Clients
If you are someone experiencing stress and anxiety around a life transition or event, struggling with grief and loss, or just want to understand yourself and your relationships better, you've come to the right place. Together, we will explore your background to unpack old ideas about what you feel you "should" want, in order to create room for what you actually do want in your life moving forward. In doing so, you will find greater happiness in your personal and professional lives.
My Background and Approach
My approach is goal-oriented, which allows us to keep focused on the issues that are most important to you. In our work together, you will learn new tools to manage stress and anxiety, gain awareness around feelings, and become more comfortable with who you are and what you bring to the table. Our work together will allow you to understand yourself and relationships better so that you can feel better, and move forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people only change if they really want to. This is why I solely work with folks who are ready and motivated for change in their lives. We all have parts of ourselves that we like and don't, but the idea of therapy isn't to change who we are. Instead, I believe we have to lean in and learn to accept and embrace all our parts (not love them!) and that's how we grow and move forward. It takes a lot of bravery to start therapy, and I am here to support you throughout the process.
