Hello & Welcome to my page! I support individuals and couples with challenges ranging from anxiety to feeling stuck to difficult life transitions, as well as relationship and sex topics. Some of these include problems with communication, recurring and/or frequent conflict, relationship maintenance, mismatched sexual desires, performance anxiety, erectile dysfunction, empty nesting, disconnection, and aging.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate who specializes in relationship and sex therapy. During ongoing sessions, I help people uncover and examine patterns in their relationships and everyday lives, encourage them to channel existing strengths, and discover new ones.
