My Background and Approach
Hello and welcome! I am an EMDR trained therapist who specializes in adults who have experienced childhood and adult trauma. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Oregon and have been providing therapy to clients from all walks of life and across the life span for over 8 years. I understand how difficult opening up can be, and I know that finding the right person to talk with is important. It is my honor to help people live life to their fullest potential. Together we will work through any obstacles you may be having and explore self-defeating thoughts that are keeping you stuck from living the life you want.
