My Background and Approach
While there may be no miracle cure to reset life to before you were diagnosed, there is still more living to do. You have the opportunity to write the next chapter in your story. I created Faces of Health Wellness Center to help you do exactly that. I specialize in working with people who are living with chronic illnesses and disabilities (such as fibromyalgia, lupus, HIV/AIDS, chronic pain, etc). I understand how life altering it is to be diagnosed with a chronic illness, and I help my clients make sense of it all and learn to thrive in their new normal. I come from a place of genuine empathy and non-judgment as I work to support clients in realizing that there are many "faces of health". I have specialty training in the integration of faith and spirituality with psychology. I am a Psychologist, certified Chair Yoga instructor and Mindfulness teacher, a Biofeedback therapy provider, and Health Coach. Taking one step at a time, we will work together to build a life you can love.
