I can assist you with exploring your options and finding the coping methods that works best for you, so that you are able to manage these feelings effectively.

My experience includes work with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and array of concerns. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
