"One size fits all" is not ideal. Through your experiences, we will achieve what is ideal for you to find your happiness. "UP" is the approach I have created to create a mindset within yourself. "UP" is based on moving forward, rising UP when we are down, speaking UP when you feel defeated, and developing resiliency through growth mindset practices. UP is a mindset filled with gratitude, love, positivity, and faith. With your help, we can develop a plan to help you take the next steps in your life to look UP and notice all of the bright things in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Through my faith, education and background, I’ve learned that true, authentic, self and connection is not only what we all long for, it’s essential for our overall wellness. Understanding our true authentic self ultimately deepens our knowing of self and who we are at the most genuine level.
