About My Clients
My clients are primarily teens, young adults, and adults. I am versed with working with a diverse clientele, especially those who are wanting to improve their overall mental health and emotional well-being. I have successfully treated individuals living with anxiety disorders, problems with perfectionism, mild depressive disorders, and those who need help adjusting to life transitions, family stress, in addition to other mental health conditions.
My Background and Approach
In my practice I utilize elements of Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Natural Family Systems Therapy, with incorporations of Feminist Theory and Racial Justice frameworks. Other modalities as appropriate given one's needs and treatment goals.
