As a dedicated therapist with years of diverse clinical experience, I provide a compassionate, collaborative space that will assist you in understanding past experiences impacting your present reality and developing strategies for meaningful change. I take an integrative, mind-body approach to treatment that incorporates various trauma-informed modalities and synthesizes a diverse range of evidence-based practices uniquely tailored to individual strengths and goals. My primary areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem & interpersonal challenges. Clients often come to me to work on understanding & processing life experiences, strengthening emotion regulation, cultivating healthier patterns of relating to self & others and reducing symptoms of trauma, anxiety and depression. Our first session will focus on an assessment that explores what brings you to therapy, goals for treatment and the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.
