About My Clients
My clients are quirky weirdos, neurodivergent art making and creatively drawn types, that aren't always supported by talk therapy, and who need other types of ways to express themselves and tap into their bodies. Often my clients are adult children of emotionally unavailable parents who are learning to take up more space in their own lives, getting to know who they currently are and how to unapologetically live their best lives based on what they *actually* like and value.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist , and Registered Drama Therapist who uses any and every form of expression and creativity as the main language of therapy. I create space for clients to tap into stored body memory and trauma with the use of expressive arts, therapeutic yoga, and somatic awareness techniques that increase the efficacy of therapy by accessing information that is inaccessible or difficult to get to through verbal processing alone.
