About My Clients
My clients are neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors, and those navigating ARFID who want to be supported exactly as they are. I work with adults and teens looking for an affirming space where their unique brains are celebrated—not "fixed"—as well as folks ready to process past wounds in a safe environment.
How I Can Help You
With a background deeply rooted in neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed care, my approach is collaborative, gentle, and entirely centered on you. I don’t believe in a "one-size-fits-all" model of healing. Instead, I combine evidence-based clinical expertise, such as specialized CBT for ARFID and safe trauma recovery techniques, with a genuine respect for your unique brain, sensory needs, and lived experiences. I work from the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide the structure, safety, and tools you need to unpack old patterns, navigate a world not always built for your brain, and heal on your own timeline. Whether we are walking through an assessment or navigating therapy together, you can expect an environment free of judgment or pressure to mask. Together, we will build a practical, compassionate path forward that honors who you truly are.
Social Justice Issues I Care About
My practice is firmly grounded in an anti-oppressive, social justice-oriented framework. I recognize that mental health does not exist in a vacuum; systemic oppression, racism, ableism, transphobia, and fatphobia deeply impact our well-being and somatic safety. I am actively committed to dismantling the traditional, pathologizing medical model that often harms marginalized communities. True healing requires a space that acknowledges systemic trauma and validates your lived reality without forcing compliance or assimilation. In my practice, your intersecting identities are not just respected, but they are centered and celebrated. I strive to provide care that is safe, equitable, and liberating, standing alongside you in both personal healing and collective resistance against systems that seek to marginalize.
