Molly O'Connell (She/Her/Hers)

I have two areas of specialization, both of which I feel passionately about; teens and young adults as well as women's health. With advanced training through Postpartum Support International as well as in fertility counseling, I understand that becoming and being a parent can challenge you in both difficult and beautiful ways. In collaboration, we work to navigate and process the decisions, emotions, and stages of your family building journey, from infertility to the postpartum experience to parenthood. Additionally, with over 10 years of experience working with teens/young adults, I understand the unique challenges of this time and that having a safe space to process and understand your experiences and emotions, while also focusing on problem solving and skill building is essential. In therapy, we work together to explore patterns of thinking and behavior, uncover and highlight your unique strengths and navigate the increasing independence that comes as you approach adulthood.

I first want you to know that you are welcome here and you are wanted, regardless of how you might be feeling outside of this space. I believe that all people have the capacity for positive growth, it just sometimes takes the right person walking alongside you. In prioritizing a space that is free of judgment and full of empathy and compassion, we can work together to identify the root of your struggles, build on your strengths and find solutions to your most pressing concerns. I understand, first hand, that life does not always follow the vision you set out for yourself but with the right supports, we have the ability to grow and thrive through our struggles. But remember - give yourself grace and understanding as you navigate the ups and downs of life. You are not defined by these hardships.
