You don't have to keep pretending you're fine when you're not. I offer a grounded, compassionate approach that blends real-life understanding with evidence-based practices.
My Background and Approach
As a nurse turned counselor-in-training, I’ve seen the toll caregiving, trauma, and grief can take. I offer grounded, compassionate support informed by real-life experience and training in EMDR, DBT, and somatic practices. You don’t have to keep pretending you’re fine.
