About My Clients

Are you feeling held back by your past? Or weighed down by worries about the future? Do you long for healthier, more connected relationships? I specialize and have extensive experience in the treatment of individuals with Complex PTSD and histories of trauma. I also have experience in working with people struggling with generational family conflict and distress, anxiety, depression, stress management issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My Background and Approach

Hi, I’m Molly! I’m a licensed therapist in California. My style is nonjudgmental, warm yet direct, and collaborative. I provide an interactive and engaging space attuned to your needs and strengths, informed by modern neuroscience, evidence-based practices, and most importantly, our therapeutic relationship. I work largely from a trauma-informed attachment frame, and will explore with you how the relationships you’ve experienced throughout your life shape who you are and how you interact with the world around you. I see people from a holistic perspective, and in therapy, will work with you to identify and explore your strengths, past traumas, present stressors, limiting beliefs, your somatic and bodily experiences, and more. I am committed to providing inclusive and affirming care to you and will always meet you where you're at. Together, we will move toward finding relief and healing through making sustainable changes that create space for personal growth and freedom.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that there is great wisdom in our emotions. And sometimes, those emotions can feel really uncomfortable, painful, and difficult to tolerate or understand. Oftentimes, we need someone to accompany and support us during difficult seasons of our lives. I feel strongly that healing occurs in relationships, and my hope is that our therapeutic relationship will act as a vessel of change and growth. I understand that our position in society is greatly influenced by privilege and the systems we exist within. As a white woman, my position in society has been one of privilege. As a therapist, it's my role to create a safe, empowering, anti-racist and culturally competent space for my clients to explore the layers of their identity and how they intersect. I am a sister, a friend, a struggling bread baker. I enjoy spending time outdoors and with loved ones, and cuddling with my adorable, menace of a miniature dachshund named Bunny.
