As a therapist, I value curiosity, authenticity and humor as I help people navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My approach is collaborative: you are the expert of your own life, and my job is to
draw on evidenced-based best practices to help you identify goals, better understand where you’re coming from and why you might be stuck, and to find new skills to help you move forward. As a therapist, I primarily align with strengths-based and relational approaches. I also incorporate psychodynamic, Narrative and ACT approaches. I have worked in multiple settings ranging from schools and community-based agencies to group private practice.
