About My Clients
Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, or ADHD, and often feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. My clients are often navigating complex relationships, identity shifts, life transitions, or the lingering impact of past experiences. You may look “high-functioning” on the outside while feeling confused, exhausted, or emotionally flooded on the inside.
My Background and Approach
I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker working in private practice, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. My approach integrates ACT, CBT, and DBT, and I am actively pursuing additional training in IFS and EFT. While modalities matter, what matters most to me is that therapy feels validating, collaborative, and grounded in your lived experience. I believe we all do the best we can with what we know and what we’ve learned to survive. Together, we work to understand how your past experiences, nervous system, and emotional patterns shape the present, and how to create meaningful, sustainable change. My work emphasizes insight, self-acceptance, and practical tools that help therapy translate into real life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health care should be affirming, compassionate, and rooted in dignity. I value authenticity, emotional honesty, and the courage it takes to look inward. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. I also believe that understanding ourselves — our emotions, histories, and nervous systems — is deeply empowering. Shame thrives in silence; healing happens in safe connection.
