I primarily serve individuals over the age of 18 and specialize in working in areas of complex trauma, anxiety, adjustment disorder, and codependency.
My approach focuses on empowering you to support yourself while receiving guidance.
I work with clients of diverse faith backgrounds, including Christianity, LDS, and Jehovah's Witness.
I work with Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Agoraphobia, and Generalized Anxiety Disorders. Additionally, I work with Adjustment Disorder with Anxiety and Anxieties around Seasonal Affective Disorder.
I specialize in working with Complex Trauma resulting from childhood emotional, physical, and sexual abuse and emotional and physical neglect.
I work from an eclectic perspective that draws from psychodynamic therapy and affective neuroscience.
