About My Clients
Do you appear to have it together, yet feel anxious, stressed, and not good enough? Struggling with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, or a harsh inner critic can make you question your capabilities and feel chronically burned out. Self-doubt and anxiety can feel isolating, but you don't have to face them alone.
My Background and Approach
I use a depth-oriented, psychodynamic approach to therapy, integrating mindfulness, somatic practices, and parts work. I also support you to understand your nervous system—an essential part of healing. By recognizing how stress and trauma impact your nervous system, we can work together to calm the body, mind and spirit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I recognize the large amount of privilege the current healing community often holds. I actively educate myself on anti-oppression, anti-racist, and cultural humility practices. My practice is an LGBTQIA safe space.
