About My Clients
My clients are often adults feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or low self-esteem. Many are navigating complex emotions or past experiences they haven’t had space to process. They’re looking for clarity, coping tools, and a safe, supportive space to feel heard—without pressure or judgment. Whether they’re seeking change, healing, or simply understanding, they’re ready to take that first step toward feeling more grounded.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a background in helping adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem struggles. I’ve also worked closely with people navigating autism, intellectual disabilities, dual diagnosis, brain injuries, and aging-related challenges. My approach is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I meet you where you are, offer practical tools, and create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood as you work toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, accepted, and truly heard. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment—each person’s story is unique, and healing looks different for everyone. I trust in the power of connection, honesty, and small steps that lead to big shifts. I believe in meeting you where you are, without judgment or pressure, and walking alongside you as you build insight, confidence, and new ways to cope. Real change happens when we feel supported enough to be ourselves.
