About My Clients
I specialize in working with families and couples, using systems-theory to understand that we all affect those around us and can all be involved in supporting each other. My background includes working with children and families in multiple capacities, including outpatient and inpatient services, wraparound care, and resiliency training. I strive to move past simple talk therapy and to find creative solutions unique to you or your family's needs.

It is my goal to consider everyone in the context of their environment, taking into account family, community, and culture. There are many factors and systems that affect problems, and I will work to help you better understand the depth and breadth of resources that can help you to accomplish your goals. I use my various credentials to explore new, creative ways of helping clients and their families, including using arts and expressive therapies. I have extensive experience working with clients with trauma, specifically childhood and military trauma.
