About My Clients
As a LCSW, my goal is to help clients explore life's challenges, increase self-awareness and promote behavioral change. I enjoy working with clients who are facing life transitions, grief, anxiety and more.
My Background and Approach
I earned both my Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. I have experience working with individuals with cancer, caregivers and college students. Collaborating with my clients on identifying an approach that best fits their needs is important to me. I utilize a wide range of therapeutic modalities when working with clients, including but not limited to: Person Centered, Strength Based, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life can be extremely challenging at times and I believe that being heard and receiving empathy are powerful components of the healing process.
