About My Clients
When you think about your future, are you excited? Anxious? Terrified? All of the above, and more? It is normal to feel any combination of feelings when navigating life's many transitions. The future is yours and you get to create the path you want for yourself. Roadblocks from your past can be worked through and overcome. We can't stop life from having transitions, but we can learn to grow from whatever shows up on our path, and learn to love ourselves along the way.
My Background and Approach
I'm here to listen to you vent, help you gain insight, and implement effective coping strategies. We can work through your past and create the future you deserve. We're going to keep it real and maybe even have some fun. If talk therapy isn't your jam, I'm also an art therapist. The process of creating art in itself is healing and restorative. You deserve to have someone in your corner, rooting for you. I will be that person, if you let me! Let's set up a time to talk and see if I'm the right person to help you take on the future mindfully and with confidence.
