About My Clients

I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds who experience issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, complex trauma, grief, as well as concerns related to self-esteem, identity, and relationships.

My Background and Approach

Therapy can be a way to deepen your understanding of your challenges so you can experience more clarity and connection in your life. I am particularly passionate about longer-term, depth-oriented work that supports clients in building understanding and empathy with themselves in order to move towards a life they feel good about. I believe in showing up exactly as you are on any given day, the power of humor, and working collaboratively in the therapy space.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have deep respect for the lived experiences and wisdom of each person, understanding that everyone is navigating a world with joys, pain, and sorrows that can be difficult to face alone. I am interested in exploring how mental health, relationships, and trauma are connected to/impacted by systemic issues including racism, classism, and ableism.
