About My Clients
You just want to feel happy, healthy, and confident. Instead you often feel overwhelmed, unsure, or disconnected. Sometimes our stress levels are too high or our traumatic life experiences get in the way of finding peace & fulfillment. We can work together to identify patterns of relationship struggles, problematic substance use, or other negative patterns and find a solution.
My Background and Approach
I believe that every person has the ability to heal and that our capacity for change is far greater than we realize. I use a person-centered approach to honor who you are and where you've been, and gain an understanding of where you want to be. I treat a variety of issues and use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to assist in this process. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified in DBT, and Certified TeleMental Health Provider.
