About My Clients
I collaborate with my families to create a safe, affirming space where challenging thoughts, feelings and experiences can be explored. I support children and young adults who are looking for treatment for anxiety, OCD, depression and other mood disorders, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. My goal is to empower children with education and tools needed to continue experiencing success without therapy.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing therapy to children, teens and families in community-based, school and outpatient settings. I practice therapy that is evidence-based and draw on approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and parent consultation. I received my Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Texas, Austin.
