About My Clients

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in familiar patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety, or disconnected from themselves or the people they love. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self aware, and tired of carrying old wounds alone. I especially enjoy working with couples navigating attachment differences, trust, communication, and life transitions. My clients are often seeking clarity, emotional safety, and a deeper sense of connection, both within themselves and in their relationships.

My Background and Approach

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, couples, and families around anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is attachment focused and grounded in creating emotional safety, clarity, and connection. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment, and somatic practices to help clients understand their patterns without overwhelm or re traumatization. I pay close attention to the nervous system and to how emotions live in the body, supporting regulation, self understanding, and lasting change. I strive to offer a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and supported. My goal is to help clients build more secure relationships with themselves and others, while finding relief from the concerns that brought them to therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, respected, and safe to be themselves. I value inclusivity, curiosity, and compassion, and I am mindful of how systems like racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and economic inequality shape our experiences and mental health. I strive to offer an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and people from diverse cultural and family backgrounds. I am especially drawn to work that supports emotional honesty, relational repair, and self compassion. I care deeply about helping people unlearn shame and move toward more secure, connected ways of relating to themselves and others. At the heart of my work is the belief that people are not broken, and that with the right support, understanding, and care, meaningful change is possible.
